At Zela Hair, we are committed to providing premium quality human hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair extensions, please carefully review our policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and uninstalled
• Have lace uncut and unaltered
• Not be dyed, bleached, washed, or styled
• Be returned in its original packaging and condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been worn, installed, customized, or altered cannot be returned.
Zela Hair reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Wigs with cut lace
• Wigs that have been worn or installed
• Custom or wholesale orders
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zela Hair is not responsible for lost return packages.
Return Process

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• The reason for return
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, a refund may be denied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
